The login access to Zywave is being transferred to the CopperPoint.com/ AlaskaNational.com portal.  From the portal you will be able to login to CopperPoint's safety resources without needing a separate username and password for each system.  

Important Note:

Your Zywave username and password will continue to work temporarily, but will be removed on 10/31/2025.  Users are encouraged to transition to the portal access method now to avoid any system interruptions. 

On 11/1/2025, the only way to access Zywave will be through the CopperPoint / Alaska National portal.  

• If you are a portal user, you already have access via the new Safety Resources tab.  By logging into the portal and clicking the Loss Control Toolbox link, you will be logged into Zywave automatically.  Use this login method going forward.
• If you are not a current portal user, there are several ways to get access to the portal:
  • Your company's portal administrator can add you as an authorized portal user immediately.
    • If you don't know who your company's portal user is, you can email our contact center at portaladmin@copperpoint.com.  Provide your company name and ask who your portal admin.
  • You can also call our contact center at (800) 231-1363 x1, x 1 (twice) to speak with someone that is able to look up your portal admins, and should be able to grant you access immediately.
  • You can visit our Loss Control Toolbox page and fill out a short form to request access.  Please allow 1-2 business days.  https://www.copperpoint.com/loss-control-toolbox-form 
  • Once you are added to your company's portal, you will receive a welcome email with a link to establish your own password.  Once established, you can login to the portal and will have access to the safety resources.
