Make sure you have completed the New User Registration form. If you have already completed this form, contact losscontrol@copperpoint.com and ask about access to the Loss Control Toolbox.

• Visit https://support.zywave.com and click the blue “Chat with an Expert” box in the bottom right corner. Enter your contact info, and select “Client Portals...” as Chat Topic to receive immediate assistance from a live Zywave Support representative.
